Build a future that is yours

Nearly 30,000
wounded people.
Every one of them
has a future.

Since October 7, nearly 30,000 wounded IDF and security personnel have entered the Ministry of Defense’s rehabilitation system. This does not include civilians affected by the war.

Behind every number is a person. A family. A working life put on hold.
Plans waiting to begin again.

The need

Coming home
is a beginning.
Rebuilding a life
is a journey.

After an injury, even familiar things can become a challenge: leaving home in the morning, joining a routine, taking responsibility and believing in your abilities again.

Some have not yet had the chance to choose a profession. Others have left a career or a business behind. Some need to discover what is right for them now.

Alongside treatment and rehabilitation, people also need a way back to meaningful activity: a place to belong, an opportunity to try and a goal to work towards.

About us

All in All.
Building the next
step together.

All in All is a vocational rehabilitation program for wounded IDF, security and emergency services personnel, inspired by the legacy of the late Ofek Rousso.

Annapurna is the company that operates the programs on behalf of the All in All nonprofit. It brings 15 years of experience in experiential learning and hands-on development for personal and organizational growth.

We help each participant identify their strengths, rebuild confidence in their abilities and create a personal path towards work, education and an active, meaningful life.

Annapurna

Annapurna operates the programs on behalf of the All in All nonprofit and specializes in learning through doing. Its workshops use a restaurant as a complete business environment, where participants practice teamwork, decision-making and responsibility while navigating change and challenges.

Within All in All, this experience provides a foundation for hands-on learning and building confidence: a place to discover strengths, develop skills and feel more ready for the next step.

Our restaurants

A restaurant that feels like home.
A place to belong.
A place to contribute.

At the heart of the program is a restaurant that simulates a complete business environment: teamwork, tasks, service, decision-making and working towards goals.

Here, every participant has a role, their efforts have a visible outcome and other people rely on them. It encourages action, initiative and responsibility, with support that makes room to try, make mistakes and learn.

Working together.
Moving forward,
each in their own way.

Participants work alongside peers who face similar challenges and understand the journey. Shared work builds relationships, mutual support and a sense of belonging.

A completed task, a problem solved or a new responsibility becomes another step towards confidence. Gradually, participants discover that they have something to offer, that their contribution matters and that they have somewhere to go next.

The restaurant is a starting point. The next step may lead to a range of professions, education or training, according to each participant’s abilities and aspirations.

01

A business environment to learn in

Tasks, responsibility and visible results. Practical experience that turns ability into action.

02

Peers by your side

People who understand the journey. Belonging built through shared work and mutual support.

03

A goal to work towards

Personal guidance that helps turn experience into a career direction that is right for you.

Our vision is to develop a network of restaurants across Israel, close to home and community.

Our purpose

Wake up knowing
you have a purpose.
And a place.

A place waiting for you. A team you belong to. Responsibilities you can take on.

Our purpose is to help participants rebuild a daily routine, a sense of self-worth and confidence in their ability to choose their next steps.

To feel ready to plan. To grow. To look ahead.

Families

Rebuilding a life
touches
the whole family.

An injury also changes family life. Partners, children and parents face worry, changing roles and a new daily reality.

We see the family as an integral part of rehabilitation. Returning to meaningful activity, independence and confidence can also support life at home: relationships, partnership and the ability to plan a shared future again.

When someone finds a sense of direction again, their family gains an opportunity to move forward with them.

The program

Four months
to build your next step.

A 16-week program, five days a week, combining practical experience and personal guidance. Joining begins with a suitability assessment and setting personal goals.

A working routine, practical tasks and skill development alongside peers.

Weeks 9–14

Taking greater responsibility

Developing initiative, broadening experience and exploring career directions.

Weeks 15–16

Planning what comes next

Defining steps towards employment, education or vocational training.

Inspired by Ofek Rousso’s legacy
All
in All.This was his way.
This is the spirit we carry forward.

Ofek Rousso, a combat soldier and medic in Shayetet 13, fought at Kibbutz Be’eri, helped rescue residents and treated the wounded. On the night of October 7–8, 2023, he was killed while moving under fire to treat a wounded soldier. He was 21.

“Hakol o Hakol” — literally, “Everything or Everything” — was his motto: to give his all, commit fully and be there when needed.

We seek to carry his spirit forward through action for those who have been wounded, helping them build a future with independence, belonging and meaning.

The Adopt a Hero initiative

They fought for us.
Now we are
here for them.

Their business. Our opportunity to connect.

They stepped away from their businesses to protect us. While they were fighting, business activity slowed or stopped, customers moved on and income fell. Now we are here to help them rebuild their businesses and livelihoods.

Adopt a Hero is an All in All initiative for business owners who fought in the war and had to leave their businesses, whether or not they were wounded. It supports financial recovery and business development through professional advice, ongoing guidance, visibility and connections with customers and partners, helping businesses resume activity and grow.

01

Buy and recommend

Choose their products and services and refer customers to them.

02

Give them visibility

Promote their businesses on social media, in communities and through local groups.

03

Open doors

Connect them with customers, suppliers and business partners.

04

Support growth

Provide advice and ongoing guidance in marketing, sales and management, help build financial recovery and business development plans, and support the initiative through donations.

Joining starts with contacting the nonprofit, an introductory conversation and creating a business profile.

Personal stories are shared only with the business owner’s consent. Customers pay businesses directly. Groups and support activities will be introduced gradually; no level of sales is guaranteed.
